Recipe of the Week
Ham and Egg Quiche
From the kitchen of ms formaldehyde
Ingredients:
1 beaten egg with 3/4 cup of egg whites
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 chopped onion
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 ham
I cheated and used a pre made pie crust but you can make your own very easily.
I added grated cheese on top
Directions:
1
Thoroughly mix ingredients together.
2
Grease a 10″ pie plate with butter. Pour in the mixture.
3
Bake for 40-45 minute at 350°F.
Cover with foil and tent until 10 minutes before it is done
4
Let quiche stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
